Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are generally not provided for subscription fees already paid, except in cases of technical issues on our end that prevent service usage or as required by applicable law.
After cancellation, your data will be retained for 90 days to allow for potential reactivation. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
If you upgrade or downgrade your plan mid-cycle, charges will be prorated based on the remaining time in your billing period and the difference in plan costs.
Our personalized demos and consultations are completely free with no obligations. After your demo, you can choose to proceed with a paid plan or decline - there are no charges for the demo service.
Cancellation Process
Access your Zeffko account dashboard using your credentials.
Go to Account Settings and select the Subscription section.
Click on 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the confirmation steps.
You'll receive an email confirmation of your cancellation request.
Important Notice
Once your subscription is cancelled and the 90-day retention period expires, all your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have exported any important data before cancelling your subscription.
